A Space to Heal and Find Your Ground
Virtual counseling tailored to you, rooted in trust and genuine human connection
I’m glad you’re here.
Hi, I'm Jilana Jaxon, a licensed professional counselor offering virtual therapy for adults, adolescents, and couples living in Pennsylvania. I specialize in trauma, grief, and perinatal mental health, and I also work with anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My goal is for every client to feel genuinely known, not just assessed, because therapy is most effective when it is built on an authentic human relationship.
I work from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) frameworks, and use Eye Movement and Densensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma processing. I also incorporate mindfulness, grounding, and somatic techniques throughout my work, because healing happens in the mind and the body together. I take the time to understand who you are and what you need, and let that shape how we work together.

Pregnancy and the postpartum period can bring up a range of unexpected emotions, from anxiety and depression to grief and identity shifts. You don't have to navigate that alone.

When anxiety or depression takes hold it can make everything feel harder than it should be. I work with clients to understand what's driving it and find more sustainable ways of living with and moving through it.

Relationships go through hard seasons. Whether you're trying to rebuild trust, communicate better, or figure out what you want for your future together, I work with couples to create a space where both partners feel heard.

Sometimes life changes in ways we chose, and sometimes in ways we didn't. Either way, transitions can leave us feeling unsteady and unsure of who we are. Therapy can help you find your footing.
